What does your company do and what is the idea behind the business?

Healthven is a service that promotes a healthy lifestyle in Bosnia and Herzegovina. community with a special focus on business environments. Our goal is to encourage and facilitate the creation of healthy habits by delivering a package of selected healthy snacks to the desired address, but also to educate individuals about important topics such as health, nutrition, training, etc. The idea is to provide an innovative and simple solution in the world of hectic and unpredictable daily schedules as well as the lack of adequate food in certain locations.

How and when did you decide to start selling online (web shop)?

It was clear to us from the very beginning that online sales are the most optimal solution for placing our products on the market, especially due to the very nature of our business. The webshop facilitates the entire ordering process for both customers and us as a company.

What were the biggest challenges in realizing the same?

Thanks to good planning and quality customer support from the very beginning, we did not have any problems in the implementation of this project. We also owe a great deal of gratitude to the eCommerce Association in BiH, which made it easier for us to connect and implement our webshop.

What are you most proud of?

To get to know wonderful people who put effort into the digitization of our market and make it easier for small (but also large) companies to go through the transformation process easily and safely.

Some final message for all those who are thinking about starting an online business.

Online business is definitely the future of every business and my message to all those who are still in a dilemma about adopting it is that the sooner they take this step, the faster they will improve their business and increase their competitive advantage on the market.
